Recovery

Well I'm finally feeling better. I didn't get to experience Houston because I was very sick. Upper respiratory infection and I had to get my stomach pumped, not fun. That's it I'm kicking the habit no more black tar heroin I don't want to OD and go through that ordeal again....just kidding mom. No but seriously one of the worst, most disgusting experiences of my life. And my stomach still isn't happy. It is not used to having food in it again, so it is upset by the stupidest things. Houston was good met Wino's family who are awesome. Love his dad who gave me a giant bear hug, also got to meet his friends which was great also. Well we are in Dallas now, thought maybe I could reconnect with an old college friend, but so far no dice.

Goodbye Sweet Nawlins

Well our time in Nawlins has sadly come to an end. Partied on Bourbon St, ate alligator and crawfish. Which were very interesting. Got to see Ravayna which was awesome. Had the most delicious oysters I have ever had in my life. Yes I did a lot of eating. But it was also sad and interesting to see a city still devestated after two years. When I think back to 9/11, I guess I was far enough removed from the city that I didn't have to face it everyday. But driving around and seeing the destruction and spray painted symbols still on the houses is a constant reminder. Talking to Vay was good too, getting an inside prespective of what really happened. My heart goes out to the residents of New Orleans, thank you for letting me share your beautiful city and still having such a positive and welcoming nature.

Memphis and Nawlins

So I went to Graceland, it was pretty cool. Partied in Memphis as well. (check) Now we are in Nawlins for 6 days which is amazing. Have been to Bourbon Street every night since Thursday which is hitting my bank account pretty hard, but when am I going to come back to Nawlins? I have had my first poboys, I'm ready to eat crawfish like a local. Today we walked around the French Quarter, from the Riverfront to passed Bourbon. Went and got my cards read, which was a lot better this time than I have gone before. This guy hit some things pretty right on about my past and me in general. Don't know about if the future stuff ill come true but I'm not going to be paranoid about it. Oh and we got some Beignets, as you can see by my pictures.

Greetings from Nashville Y'all

So Things are better for the weekend. I mean not fantastic. We went into Nashville yesterday and partied from 6:00-1:30. Wino and I went to the Grand Ole Opry and it was so nice for just the two of us to get away for a bit. Nashville was so much fun, we went to some awesome bars, some cheap beer. Also I got to tear it up with the locals country swing dancing with Andy. It was such a good time and it makes it worth it to hang out on the weekend and let go.

Short Week of Hell

It is becoming apparent that there are three people I could definitely do without on this tour. That just drive me up the fucking wall. And my migraines are acting up. Fantastic. Today was a shitty day, the lights went to crap. I feel like I'm losing contact with the company. I don't know, I haven't been doing anything different this tour though.

The Shit has hitith the fan

Ow man, SO week three. Honeymoon period is way over and done with and lying in a ditch somewhere. Things are getting testy here on the road. But hopefully things will smooth over by the end of the week. We did a show for high school students today, which is not what the show is geared towards at all. It was quite interesting. Well more pictures before I'm off to bed.

Savannah Savannah

Well "Savannah goes wild at night, ya'll" to quote local hot gay guy walking adorable dog we met. And he was not kidding. We went to the Riverfront, which is an absolutely beautiful place to commit sin. Some of us went to numerous bars and hung out till 1:30, some of us stayed till 3:30. The bars are great and if you ever go to Savannah I recommend Wet Willies, The Bar Bar, and the Warehouse. Also got there in time to take some beautiful pictures on the water. Good times were had by all, and some think I did things I regret (don't worry mom nothing bad) but I don't regret a damn thing.
